You have six months left

16464042 It's July 1st.

Officially, you have burned the first half of '08.  Maybe it's time to dust off your marketing plan (you do have one, don't you?) and see how you're doing.

  • What's working better than you expected?
  • What's not performing and needs a tweak?
  • What have you neglected and need to tend to?
  • What haven't you started that you meant to get going?

You've got six months left in the year.  What one thing could you do/fix/start/stop that would have the most impact on your business?

Could you get started on it today?

Jeez, Drew, don't remind me the first half of the new year is already gone!
Many things done, many things in progress, many more things in the planning - but who can we ask to slow time down??

Anyway, going home now, after another long day 'playing' with marketing tools, for a well deserved and internet free evening in the sunshine

Karin H. (Keep It Simple Sweetheart, specially in business)

Karin,

Glad you've built in a little down time!

What's the one thing you could do between now and the end of the year that would have the most impact on your business?

Drew

You want me to choose between all the ideas/projects I have in mind? ;-)
Getting better at copy-writing is mostly on the forefront of my mind, although living and working in the UK for 8 years now, it is still a struggle sometimes.

Anyway: if I had to choose one it would be just that: making sure my marketing messages are telling the right story - attracting the right clients.

Karin H

Karin,

Very true...if the message is off target, the rest is sort of irrelevant.

The message/strategy is king!

Drew
