    Hi Drew

If you use a online software program like Aweber
    http://www.aweber.com/?285284
all your messages and broadcasts will be checked automagically on spam count. It also tells you why and how you could solve it.

I was JUST about to say that, Karin…! Alas, a day late and a dollar short, I guess….

    Karin & Ann,

Good to know…thank you. Now the software my agency uses for our weekly e-zine doesn’t do that (unless it does and I just don’t know.)

Is that sort of standard among the e-mail newsletter offerings out there?

Honestly I wouldn’t know Drew. The only experience I have is with AWeber. And that is working so well for us I don’t even think about changing to another service ;-)

Come to think of it, the free Groupmail program didn’t have that feature either.
